Callo is a social connection platform offering:

- Diffusions en direct (lives) ouvertes à la communauté
- Messagerie instantanée privée chiffrée et sécurisée
- Fil d'actualité avec publications et interactions
Conditions d'accès
Minimum age required: 16
By creating an account, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement in your country. False statements lead to immediate account deletion.
- 16 years old minimum
- Valid email address
- Password of at least 8 characters
- Email verification required
- Acceptance of the terms and privacy policy
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Activity from your account is considered to be yours. Contact us immediately if your account is compromised.
Localisation
To access Callo, you must allow location sharing. We only collect your city and country.
If you refuse to share your location, access to the platform may be limited.
To delete your account and data, open your profile settings.

Propriété intellectuelle
The name Callo, logo, design and all platform content belong exclusively to Callo. Reproduction without written permission is strictly prohibited.
By publishing content on Callo, you retain your intellectual property rights but grant Callo a worldwide, non-exclusive and free licence to display, distribute and promote that content as part of the service.
Responsabilité
Callo acts as a host under Article 6 of the LCEN. We promptly remove any clearly unlawful content that is reported.
You are solely responsible for your interactions and the content you publish. Callo cannot be held liable for damage resulting from your exchanges.
Gratuité
Callo is 100% free. All features — video calls, live streams, messaging and posts — are available without a subscription or payment. The service is funded by advertising.
Résiliation
You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Deletion removes your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
Callo may also suspend or delete your account if you violate these terms, without notice or compensation.
Modifications des CGU
We may change these terms at any time. Important changes will be notified by email or through the app. Continuing to use the service after notification means accepting the new terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute concerning their interpretation or performance will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
